Our Band Workshop，The School of Rock 🎸🥁🎤👫🎠🏕️ – MIDIDREAM Music Lab, Saturday afternoons 3:30-5:30

Every Saturday afternoon, our young musicians come together to play in a band and explore the joy of making music together.

In a relaxed and supportive environment, students take the lead in their musical experiences. They choose their favourite instruments 🪕 and explore different styles of music, while working together to create song sections, arrangements, and even their own improvised performances 🎨.

During the workshops, Wang often introduces inspiring musicians and bands such as Bob Marley, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, and Bob Dylan, inspire students to discover different sounds, stories, and musical ideas.

Yujing will then guide students through ensemble rehearsals; last week, they explored an a cappella version of The Lion Sleeps Tonight. Each session gives students the opportunity to collaborate, perform, and share their favourite songs and original creations in a supportive band environment 🎭.

在一片欢声笑语中几个自信且非常有创造力的小朋友主导了课程，她们自由选择喜欢的乐器🪕和歌曲风格，一起构思音乐的段落和设计🎨，有的还即兴创作了表演的作品📖，Workshop王老师分享介绍了Bob marley、Pink floyd、披头士、Bob dylan等音乐人与乐队，之后小崔老师和同学们排练了多声部的狮子王等歌曲🎶，最后的黑板音乐会小朋友们分组演出🎭了自己喜欢和创作的歌曲！
